IN THE ARENA, A NEW BOOK BY RNH MEDIA FOUNDER RYAN NELSON HOLT, LAUNCHES FRIDAY, MAY 22
Field guide for the Thinking Christian Operator challenges Christian men in leadership to close the gap between belief and execution. Hardcover, paperback, Kindle, and Digital Direct editions available.
OMAHA, NE — May 20, 2026 — RNH Media today announced the launch of In The Arena: Leading, Building, and Fighting the Good Fight, a new book by founder Ryan Nelson Holt aimed at Christian men in leadership who are ready to close the gap between their faith and their daily operation. Official launch day is Friday, May 22. Hardcover and Kindle editions are available now on Amazon. The paperback edition becomes available on Friday. A Digital Direct package, which includes PDF, EPUB, and an exclusive audio companion, launches the same day at rnh.media/in-the-arena-book.
The 294-page book speaks to what Holt calls the Thinking Christian Operator, the man between thirty and fifty-five who is building or leading something real, takes his faith seriously, and has begun to notice the slow erosion of discipline, integration, and conviction that success often conceals.
"Most Christian men in leadership are not in crisis," Holt said. "They are in the dangerous quiet middle of success, where everything looks fine from the outside and a great deal of ground is being lost underneath. In The Arena names that gap and gives men an architecture for closing it."
Over nineteen chapters, the book guides readers through identity, internal warfare, confession, intentional living, daily habits, accountability, focus, emotional control, and the discipline of standing firm under pressure. It concludes with The Arena Manifesto, a fifteen-declaration code Holt designed for repeated daily use.
The book has been positioned not as a self-help title and not as prosperity-oriented Christian content, but as a field guide for men who are tired of watching their own lives from the stands. It draws on Holt's twenty-one years of sobriety, his ongoing experience as a three-day-a-week dialysis patient, and what he describes as a career built under constraint rather than under ideal conditions.
Theological influences cited in the acknowledgments include Chuck Missler, David Pawson, and Michael Heiser.
In The Arena is the flagship publication of RNH Media, a faith-driven leadership platform whose product line will expand later in 2026 to include The Arena Ledger, a thirteen-week daily reckoning workbook; The Foundry, a membership community for serious operators; and the application-only Redemption Mastermind, a twelve-week cohort program for Christian men in leadership.
