The Drift Diagnostic

Every leader drifts. Most do not notice until something breaks.

Twenty questions. Five minutes. A score that tells you where the drift is, what tier you are in, and the first move that closes the gap.

Four dimensions. Twenty questions. No neutral middle.

The diagnostic measures four load-bearing dimensions of a leader's life. Drift hides in the middle, so every question uses a four-point scale with no neutral option. You are either moving toward the mark or away from it.

C

Clarity

Do you know what the next ninety days are actually about? Clarity is not vision language. It is the ability to name specifically what you are building and what it will cost. A leader without clarity is not leading. He is reacting.

C

Conviction

Do you say out loud what you say in private? Conviction is the alignment between your stated beliefs and your actual operating decisions. The gap between the two is not a character flaw. It is the measurement the diagnostic is built to find.

C

Community

Are the men who shaped you still in your week? Isolation is not dramatic. It arrives slowly, disguised as busyness and self-sufficiency. The Community dimension measures whether you are actually known by men who have permission to challenge you.

C

Consistency

Does your calendar match your stated priorities? Consistency is not motivation. It is the structural question: have you built your life in a way that makes right behavior automatic, or are you relying on willpower that runs out by Wednesday?

A composite score from 25 to 100. Four tiers.

Your score places you in one of four tiers. Each tier comes with a named drift pattern, a per-dimension breakdown, and a Ninety-Day Move — the smallest deliberate action that will close the gap. The tiers are named honestly.

90+

Forged

You carry structure. The discipline is in place. The danger at this tier is not collapse. It is calcification: structure without flexibility, strength without the willingness to be further refined.

70 to 89

Rusty

The foundation is intact. But the seams are slipping. Something important has been sliding that you have not yet named out loud. The Rusty tier is where most serious leaders live longer than they should.

50 to 69

Cracking

The architecture is still standing. But the next ninety days matter most. Cracking does not become Fractured overnight. It becomes Fractured through continued inaction on things you already know need to change.

Under 50

Fractured

Surrounded, not finished. One step before structure. The Fractured tier is not a verdict. It is a starting point. The diagnostic tells you exactly where to put the first stone.

Not a quiz. A measurement with a next move.

01

Composite Score

A single number from 25 to 100 that represents your current drift index across all four dimensions.

02

Per-Dimension Breakdown

Individual scores for Clarity, Conviction, Community, and Consistency. You will know exactly where the load is failing, not just that something is off.

03

Tier Classification

Forged, Rusty, Cracking, or Fractured. Named honestly, with a description of the specific shape of drift at your tier.

04

Named Drift Pattern

When your dimension scores reveal a recognizable pattern, the diagnostic names it. Not generic. Specific to the combination of strengths and gaps your answers produced.

05

Ninety-Day Move

The smallest deliberate action tailored to your lowest dimension. Not a program. Not a list. One move that closes the most important gap first.

06

Anti-Drift Protocol

A two-week email series built specifically for your tier. Not generic. Tier-specific. Designed to give you traction on what the diagnostic uncovered.

Built for faith-driven leaders who want a measurement that does not lie.

Men in their thirties through sixties who lead something real. Marriage, business, ministry, family. Faith is central to your life and you want a tool that takes it seriously, one that does not soften the result or dress it in motivational language.

You are not looking for hype. You are not looking for a quiz that tells you you are doing great. You are looking for an honest read on where you actually stand, so you know where to put the work.

The diagnostic does not tell you what to think. It tells you where you are. The work after is yours.

"You can take it once and learn something. You can take it again in ninety days and find out whether anything moved."
