Most leadership content asks you to choose.

You can have faith. Or you can have execution. You can be spiritual. Or you can be strategic. You can follow God. Or you can run a business.

We reject that choice.

RNH Media exists because a generation of men is done with compartmentalizing. They want their faith to govern how they lead, build, and fight. Not as a tagline. As a way of life.

This is not motivational content. This is operational theology.

The Problem We See

Leaders are drifting.

Not dramatically. Not all at once. Slowly. Quietly. The kind of drift that does not make headlines but hollows out a man over the years.

They have achieved success but lost clarity. They lead organizations but feel isolated. They believe the right things but struggle to live them consistently.

They are one person in the boardroom. Another person at church. Another person is at home. And the fragmentation is exhausting.

The market is flooded with content, but it splits the same false choice: prosperity gospel that promises God wants you rich, or hustle culture that tells you to sleep when you are dead.

Neither is the answer.

RNH Media operates on a simple but comprehensive framework. We call it the 7F's. It is the operating system for a faith-driven life:

• Faith. Obedience, trust, and submission to God are the foundation of everything.
• Foundation. Identity, character, emotional maturity, and personal discipline.
• Fitness. Physical health, energy, and body stewardship.
• Focus. Clarity, priorities, decision-making, and leadership responsibility.
• Frameworks. Systems, models, execution processes, and operational structure.
• Fellowship. Community, brotherhood, accountability, and iron sharpening iron.
• Fruit. Results, outcomes, and evidence of faith lived out through action.

This is not a self-help program. It is a biblical framework for integrated living. The kind of living that produces fruit that lasts.

The Founder

RNH Media was founded by Ryan Nelson Holt.

Ryan has spent years in the arena of business, faith, and personal discipline. He knows what it means to lead through suffering. He has built while broken. He has learned that obedience is more important than optimization.

Through two kidney transplants, he's trudged to achieve over twenty years of recovery.

He does not claim to have all the answers. But he has walked the road. And he is committed to telling the truth about what he has learned.

This brand exists to serve. To equip. To call men into the responsibility they were made for.
