The Foundry is a monthly membership community built around the 7F Framework: Faith, Foundation, Fitness, Focus, Frameworks, Fellowship, and Fruit. Each month runs a structured theme through one of the seven pillars, with teaching, accountability, and live sessions that go deep rather than broad.
