Welcome to RNH Media. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RNH Media website, products, services, and programs (collectively, the "Services") operated by RNH Media LLC ("RNH Media," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, subscribing to our newsletter, purchasing products, joining The Foundry membership, participating in the Redemption Mastermind, or engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

RNH Media provides faith-driven leadership content, coaching, and community services, including:

  • Website content: Articles, videos, podcasts, and other educational materials.
  • Newsletter: Weekly email communications with leadership insights.
  • Digital products: Books, downloads, and other digital resources.
  • The Foundry membership: Paid membership community with exclusive content and live calls.
  • Redemption Mastermind: 12-week intensive group program for leaders.
  • Coaching and consulting: One-on-one and organizational coaching services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Membership Terms

The Foundry Membership

  • Billing: The Foundry membership is billed monthly at the current rate. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
  • Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period; thereafter, access to member-only content will be revoked.

Redemption Mastermind

  • Application: The Mastermind is application-only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon acceptance. Payment plans may be available as specified at the time of enrollment.
  • Commitment: By enrolling, you commit to attending all sessions and participating fully. Mastermind fees are non-refundable after the cohort begins, except as required by law.

Confidentiality: Discussions within the Mastermind are confidential. You agree not to share other members' personal information or business details outside the group.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Pricing: All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though existing subscriptions will continue at their original rate until renewal.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchases.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid Services until payment is received.

6. Refund Policy

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks, downloads, and digital resources are final. No refunds will be provided.

Membership: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Mastermind and coaching: If you are not satisfied with your experience within the first 7 days of a program starting, you may request a refund by contacting us at hello@rnh.media. After 7 days, all fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Share, distribute, or resell member-only content without authorization.
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Solicit investments, capital, or promote securities within our programs or community (this is strictly prohibited per our community guidelines and regulatory requirements).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated systems to access or collect data from our Services without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the RNH Media website and within our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of RNH Media LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
  • Use our trademarks or branding without written authorization.
  • Create derivative works based on our content.
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials.

9. Disclaimers

Educational purposes only: RNH Media provides educational content and coaching services related to leadership, personal development, and business execution. Our Services are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, medical, or mental health matters.

Not financial advice: Nothing in our Services constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or securities analysis. If you need financial advice, consult a licensed financial professional.

No guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from using our Services. Success depends on many factors, including your individual effort, circumstances, and application of principles taught.

"As is" basis: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNH Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RNH Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@rnh.media and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website, which will include a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and RNH Media regarding your use of our Services.
