Every week. Led by Ryan. Structured around the 7F Framework with rotating focus areas and hot seats.
Each session runs 90 minutes. The first half is teaching: framework-based, theologically grounded, practically applicable. The second half is hot seat and open floor. Real problems from real men in real time.
Between sessions, you have access to the cohort group for accountability, questions, and the kind of direct feedback that only comes from men who are genuinely invested in your outcome.
The framework is the 7F Operating System: Faith, Foundation, Fitness, Focus, Frameworks, Fellowship, and Fruit. Each week advances through the system while building on what came before. By week 12, you have not just learned a framework. You have lived it under pressure for three months.
