In The Arena The book will be available on Amazon Friday, May 22nd.
It's definitely taking longer than planned. It cost more than I expected. And I am more certain about it now than I was when I started.
This book is for the man who is already in the fight but has no language for why it is hard. The man who goes to church on Sunday and leads a company on Monday and wonders why those two things feel like separate lives.
I wrote it for that gap. The Sunday-Monday Gap. The one nobody names.
If that is you, or if you know a man it describes, the link is below.
Yesterday I posted the first video: "Why Faith-Driven Leaders Drift Without Realizing It."
It is 20 minutes. It covers the mechanism behind drift, why good men experience it, and what Hebrews 12:1 actually describes when it talks about the weight that entangles.
I did not try to make it short. I made it worth your time.

If you find it useful, subscribe. That is how the work travels.

The men most at risk are not the ones who are struggling.
Struggling gives you feedback. You know something is wrong. You feel the friction.
The man drifting does not feel it. He is functional. Productive. Present at church. Present at work. Respected by the people around him.
And he is slowly losing the thread.
That is what this week is about. That is what all of this is about.
Tuesday: New video drops. The three things every leader loses when he leads alone.
Wednesday: LinkedIn article. The morning I realized I was drifting.
Thursday: The Drift Diagnostic guide goes live at rnh.media/drift-diagnostic.
In The Arena. Always.
