Ryan Nelson Holt is legally blind, on dialysis three days a week, and 21+ years sober. Every framework on this platform was built under those conditions. This is the story of why RNH Media exists and who it was built for.
The Gap That Was Destroying Me
This platform was not built for content metrics or follower counts.
It was built because I needed it.
The distance between what I believed on Sunday and how I operated on Monday was quietly dismantling me. My faith was real. My execution was fragmented. And no one in the leadership or Christian business space was addressing that gap with the honesty it demands.
Researchers and theologians have documented the Sunday-Monday Gap for decades, the costly disconnect between faith professed in church and faith practiced at work. But documentation is not enough. What the man in the arena needs is not another paper. He needs a system that works on Tuesday morning when the inbox is full and the energy is low.
That is why RNH Media exists.
My Name Is Ryan Nelson Holt
I am a leadership coach, author, and the founder of RNH Media. I am also a licensed financial advisor with Mutual of Omaha Investor Services, which operates independently of this platform. I maintain that distinction with zero ambiguity.
Here is what else is true:
I am legally blind. I have been on dialysis three days a week for years. I have been sober for over twenty-one years.
I do not share this for sympathy.
"Every framework, every principle, every piece of content on this site has been tested under conditions most leadership content creators will never face. That is not a boast. It is a credential."
Two decades of leading through limitation, building under constraint, and fighting a fight that actually matters. That is the laboratory where everything on this platform was developed.
Who RNH Media Is Built For
The faith-driven leadership space has a problem on both ends.
On one side: prosperity voices promising breakthroughs if you believe harder and claim bigger. On the other hand, business content that treats faith as a liability, something to compartmentalize so you can compete.
Neither serves the man I know.
The man who runs a business and reads his Bible. The man who manages a P&L and prays before decisions. The man who wants his faith to actually govern how he leads, not just decorate his LinkedIn bio.
I call him the Thinking Christian Operator. He is not looking for motivation. He is looking for integration. He does not need a conference high. He needs a repeatable system.
RNH Media was built for him.
What You Will Find Here
Everything on this platform is organized around five domains: Faith, Leadership, Business Execution, Personal Growth, and Wellness. These are not marketing categories. They are the areas where a man either integrates or fragments.
The conviction behind all of it is simple: faith proven through disciplined execution. Not faith performed for an audience. Not execution divorced from conviction. The integration of both is measured by fruit.
You will find long-form articles, video teaching, and operational frameworks designed to move you from inspiration to application to transformation.
You will not find hype, motivational noise, or prosperity theology.
You will find a man who is still being forged, still fighting the good fight alongside you.
The 7F Framework: A Life Operating System
At the core of RNH Media's teaching is the 7F Framework. This is not a program. It is a life operating system built on seven interdependent pillars:
Faith: The foundation everything else rests on. Not religion. Relationship and obedience.
Foundation: Your identity, calling, and non-negotiable convictions.
Fitness: Physical stewardship. Your body is not optional equipment.
Focus: Attention management. Deep work over shallow busyness.
Frameworks: Systems, processes, and structures that make discipline automatic.
Fellowship: Brotherhood. You cannot lead alone and survive.
Fruit: Measurable outcomes. Not vanity metrics. Real fruit that lasts.
These pillars form the curriculum of the Redemption Mastermind and the operating philosophy of The Foundry membership community. Each one is explored in depth across the content on this site.

What I Believe
I believe that faith without execution is sentiment. Business without conviction is commerce. Most leaders are not failing because they lack talent. They are failing because they are drifting, isolated, and fragmented.
I believe constraints are not obstacles. They are the forge.
The limitations that feel like punishment are often the very conditions God uses to shape the leader He needs you to become.
I believe in calm confidence over motivational noise. In obedience before optimization. In health over hustle. In building something that outlives the algorithm.
