About RNH Media: The Man Behind the Mission

This is not a brand built on theory.

RNH Media exists because I needed it. Not for content. Not for followers. Because the gap between what I believed on Sunday and how I operated on Monday was slowly destroying me, and nobody was talking about it with the honesty it demanded.

My name is Ryan Nelson Holt. I am a man who has spent two decades learning what it means to lead through limitation, build under constraint, and fight a fight that matters.

The Short Version

I am a leadership coach, author, and the founder of RNH Media. I am also a licensed financial advisor with Mutual of Omaha Investor Services, which operates independently of this platform. That distinction matters, and I maintain it with zero ambiguity.

I am legally blind. I have been on dialysis three days a week for years. I have been sober for over twenty-one years. I say this not for sympathy. I say it because every framework, every principle, every piece of content on this site has been tested under conditions most leadership content creators will never face.

That is not a boast. It is a credential.

Why RNH Media Exists

The faith-driven leadership space is broken.

On one side, you have prosperity gospel voices promising breakthroughs if you believe harder, give more, and claim your blessing. On the other hand, you have business content that treats faith as a liability, something to hide or compartmentalize so you can 'compete.'

Neither of these serves the man I know. The man who runs a business and reads his Bible. The man who manages a P&L and prays before decisions. The man who wants his faith to actually govern how he leads, not just decorate his LinkedIn profile.

I call this man the Thinking Christian Operator. He is not looking for motivation. He is looking for integration. He does not need another conference high. He needs a system that works on Tuesday morning when the inbox is full and the energy is low.

• Foundation: Your identity, calling, and non-negotiable convictions.
• Fitness: Physical stewardship. Your body is not optional equipment.

• Frameworks: Systems, processes, and structures that make discipline automatic.
• Fellowship: Brotherhood. You cannot lead alone and survive.
• Fruit: Measurable outcomes. Not vanity metrics. Real fruit that lasts.

What I Believe

I believe that faith without execution is just sentiment. I think that business without conviction is just commerce. I believe that most leaders are not failing because they lack talent. They are failing because they are drifting, isolated, and fragmented.

I believe that constraints are not obstacles. They are the forge. The limitations that feel like punishment are often the very conditions God uses to shape the leader He needs you to become.

I believe in calm confidence over motivational noise. In obedience before optimization. In health over hustle. In building something that outlives the algorithm.
